I originally bought the Pup Pantry Liver Lover Bundle Small to win over my new boyfriend’s two dogs. The first pup? Immediate success. Absolute liver-loving angel. Easy.
The second dog, though — a much more skeptical seven-year-old — was a tougher audience. But eventually I met her, offered the treats, and she was completely sold.
Now here’s where Pup Pantry accidentally revealed just how powerful these treats are.
One day we left the dogs out of their crates while we were gone for a few hours. We had left the Pup Pantry liver treats on the countertop — alongside other liver treats that had literally never been touched before. Important context: neither dog had ever counter-surfed. Ever.
We came home and the Pup Pantry treats were GONE. Vanished. We searched the kitchen thinking maybe we’d moved them somewhere weird before leaving.
The next day, we discovered the evidence: a shredded Pup Pantry bag in an entirely different room and not much else.
Turns out the seven-year-old had decided these treats were worth committing actual crimes for. She ignored every other treat on the counter, jumped up specifically for the Pup Pantry ones, and devoured not only the treats themselves, but apparently part of the bag too because she simply could not stop herself.
